8. Canary Islands, SP...You will get to experience an adventure and this should certainly be considered as a possible spring break destination. The beaches here, off the coast of Africa, are among the best in the world. This is the only European (Spanish) location that is warm enough to give you the feel of an American spring break, however, it doesn't get as crazy as Cancun, Panama City, or the other sites in the Americas.
